Booth Pricing & Invoices


Educational or Non-profit – $300


Corporate - $500


Price Includes:

  • 10' x 10' booth
  • 6' skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 electrical outlet
  • A sign featuring the exhibitor’s company name

Please note: Booth location and placement are based on a first come first served basis.

Invoice Information

After registering for an exhibitor booth an invoice will be sent to you via e-mail. All payments are due by February 17, 2016. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

Participant Registration Bags

Booth Exhibitors have the opportunity to include promotional items in the registration bags provided to each EAST school. Materials must be received by March 7, 2016. We anticipate 230 EAST schools with 10 participants per school (2,300 participants). It is up to each exhibitor to determine if they would like to send one item per school or per participant. 

Present a Breakout Session

As space allows, you may present your own material during a breakout session. We are accepting proposals through December 18, 2015. See the Call for Presenters page for more details.

Arrival & Booth Set-Up

Exhibitors are invited to set up booths on Tuesday, March 15 from 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM or on Wednesday, March 16 from 7:15 AM – 8:30 AM. On arrival, please visit the Registration Booth to receive your registration packet and booth location. Please note that exhibits open Wednesday, March 16 at 8:30 AM.

Suggested Items to Bring

  • Computer(s), monitor(s) and/or projector
  • Extension cords and power strips
  • Decorations for booth
  • Materials to hand out to participants

Internet Options

Wireless Internet is complimentary at the Hot Springs Convention Center. LAN Lines may be purchased for your booth if you require a reliable Internet connection. 

  • Advanced Order - $200 per computer
  • On-Site Order - $400 per computer

The Convention Center does not allow hubs, switches or routers to be brought onsite to connect more than one computer to a computer with Internet access. You will be invoiced for any additional computers if you bring your own device, which can and will be tracked using IP addresses. If you wish to connect multiple computers to a LAN line, the Convention Center has a limited supply of 8 port network switches availble to rent for $25.00 per day. Bring your own network cables.
